PASSIVE GREEN BUILDING CASE STUDIES POSTER AND BOOKLET

For this assignment, we were required to conduct an analysis of case studies of buildings from various climates in order to better understand and compare the two buildings and how they passively design to accommodate different contexts.

My group and I focused our analytical case study on two buildings from two different climate types to study and compare the differences in the types of green building design strategies used to respond to their respective climates.

PROJECT 2

PASSIVE GREEN BUILDING DESIGN PROPOSAL

This assignment runs simultaneously with our final Studio V project proposal for a community centre in the City Center. As a result, passive green strategies to enhance user experience and comfort are proposed. This includes learning how to apply and evaluate site planning, daylighting, facade designs, natural ventilations, strategic landscaping, and active strategies comprehensively.
